About us

In the heart of Brussels, UNIKO, the Osteria & Vinoteca of Ricotta & Parmesan offers you Italian specialties to share, a selection of artisanal cured meats and cheeses, and grilled and marinated antipasti served on boards, 3 pastas, 3 risottos, 3 gratins and 3 gnocchi. You can also choose the type of pasta at the deli counter and match it with the sauce of your choice. On the wine side, more than 90 references that will make you travel both physically. A restaurant where epicureanism takes all its meaning.


Our little story

This is not Renaud Waeterloos’ first challenge. After Ricotta & Parmesan opened in 1999, Zotte Mouche opened in June 2021 and Il Gastronomico opened in October 2021, Renaud Waeterloos, creator and developer of horeca establishment, is taking on a new challenge with this fourth address based on Italian products and the pleasure of wine.
